2. Fonts – self-hosted (no Google Fonts)
This website uses the "Roboto" typeface, which is hosted locally on our server. When you visit the site, no connection is made to Google's servers or other third parties; no personal data is transferred to third parties in this respect.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits (server log files): browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is processed to ensure trouble-free operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.
Hosting provider: netDESIGN.de – Der IT-Partner, owner Brian Klanten, Dießemer Bruch 170–172, 47805 Krefeld, Germany. The provider stores the server log files on our behalf; a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies and does not integrate any analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics). Only technically necessary functions are used.
5. Video embedding
The video embedded on the home page is served directly from our server. No external video platforms (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo) are integrated, and therefore no data is transferred to third parties.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, your details will be processed to handle the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not share this data without your consent.
7. External portals and links
Our website links to external portals: the careers portal (halbach.career.softgarden.de) and the Halbach Group whistleblower portal (halbach.integrityline.com). These are plain links. As soon as you open these portals or enter data there, only the privacy notices of the respective operators apply; we have no influence over their processing.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.
